XD Yeah just earlier when I was playing with a new monk in Presear some warrior kept walking up to me.

W: Are you a girl?
Me: Why?
W: Just curious (but he did a jc)
Me: Why does that have to do with anything?
W: Are you a girl?
Me: Nope.

And then he finally left me alone. XD kids.

*Dies laughing* I've seen stuff like that on AO all the time. My friend from overseas had a girl charictor for his RP (he was kinda a dork with that stuff) and this one kid who was 14 kept sending pictures of himself to my friend, not taking the idea that the female charictor was A MAN.

You'd better watch out guys, next thing you know they'll be in your guildhalls hanging up garland and putting on potpourri. They might even go so far as to make your warrior take a bath. What is this world coming to?

I know how that feels... i think people saying stuff like that is a good reason why most girls try to stay away from Online games... somone finds out your a girl you are in major trouble...

I have a feeling some people mistake the words "online game" for "online dating service"...

well... if we could, we probably would.

I'm not a gamer as such.. just.. got told that I have a gamer comp and it's going to waste by my boyfriend... and yeah, my son wanted guildwars for his birthday so I got to use his account... for half a week, before getting my own copy and having to allocate time slots for my son when I'm not playing

I've got to say, but I know we have a VERY VERY long thread in one of the other forums around here... Hmmm... Not sure if I can find it and relink it. It was rather long with a bunch of female gamers letting it be known that they are YES, playing Guild Wars among other games.

Word. Seriously, iam so sick of idiots in the missions i go on asking me "r u relly a gurl" and i'll tell them yes, then they laugh at me and say it's impossible. Or even RL i'll sit down and start talking about cosplaying, GW, RO, and such and they do not believe me. What's the big deal anyway? :<

People are ignorant. Yes it's true a LOT of men play games and all. But people usually are ignorant and rather listen in what they think is "right or wrong" their view is the best and rather not listen to others.. people tend to be like that..

Of course not all people are as you can see us on this forum aren't like that. You just live with it.

The people that I have personally played with who were female were very mature and fun to play missions with, and the fact that many of them are quieter than most helped. I mean that in a good way, not a gals should'nt talk way. Many males get excited about shit and keep yakking to no end. I know, I am one of those
